Homemade pesto verde
Winter is coming. Before my basil dies, I decided to use it to make my own pesto verde. It’s very easy to do, and terribly good!
Ingredients
- 20 g basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 30 g roasted pine nuts
- 4 table spoons of olive oil
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Wash the basil leaves
- Peel the garlic
- Mix everything together in a blender
- You can keep it in a sterilized glass for a while.
