Homemade pesto verde


Winter is coming. Before my basil dies, I decided to use it to make my own pesto verde. It’s very easy to do, and terribly good!

Some ingredients

20 g of basil leaves…


  • 20 g basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 30 g roasted pine nuts
  • 4 table spoons of olive oil
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese


  • Wash the basil leaves
  • Peel the garlic
  • Mix everything together in a blender
  • You can keep it in a sterilized glass for a while.
